401 East to 62 north (at Belleville, it's a quick exit after the 62 South exit ) 1.5 hours
62 North to Madoc, about 40 km ½ hour
In Madoc turn right at the stop sign. You're on St. Lawrence St.
Continue straight through town . About 2 km outside of Madoc the road veers to the left or continues straight, to a smaller road. Go straight. You will see signs for Crystal Beach Campground.
Turn right at the stop sign, onto Crystal Beach Rd. Follow the road until it forks, about 1.5km.
Take the right laneway. We're at 52 Pitt's Lane. You will see the white farmhouse and tall silo on your right. that's us. Crystal Beach is on your left.
Turn right at the first driveway and park.

401 East to Hwy 115/35, towards Peterborough
Hwy 115 to Hwy 7 East, to Ottawa. This is about 45 minutes north of 401 just at the outskirts of Peterborough.
Hwy 7 East to Hwy 62, Madoc. You will pass Norwood, Havlock, Marmora and then Madoc.
Turn south on Hwy 62. You will see a Tim Horton's on the north- west corner of Hwy 7 and Hwy 62.
Follow 62 South to the T-junction, about 1km.
Turn left at the T-junction onto St. Lawrence St.
*Continue straight through Madoc. About 2 km outside of town the road veers to the left and continues straight. Go straight.
Continue as per above instructions.- 3 hours from Toronto, 1 hour highway
- 2 hours breath taking views of glacial hills, drumlins, beautiful farms, lakes and rivers. This is the drumlin capital of Canada. Well worth the extra time.

401 East to 115/35
Hwy 115/35 continue north to Durham Rd. 9, about 15 km. Durham Rd #9 is a secondary Hwy. Usually little to no traffic on this road. This is where the scenery begins.Continue straight on this road until it comes to a Y junction, about 45 minutes. Turn right at the stop sign, you'll be travelling south. You will see a sign for Warkworth. Follow this road past a creek to the next stop sign, about 5 minutes.
Turn left at the stop sign, you'll be headed east again. Continue straight, past Warkworth, to the next junction. At Hwy 30 turn left. You'll be heading north again.
Continue on Hwy 30 to Cambellford. The Trent River will be on your right.
In Campbellford turn right at the traffic light by the bridge. Cross the river and turn left at the traffic light on the other side of the bridge. The river will be on your left. About 5 minutes at the edge of town on the left there is a public boat launch where you can stop and swim.Continue straight on this road, Spring Brook is the next junction. Keep going straight through, another 15 minutes. This road ends at Hwy 62.
Turn left on Hwy 62, you'll be heading north. Madoc is 8 minutes away.
Turn right at the stop sign in Madoc onto St. Lawrence St.
Go straight thru town. 1.5 km outside of town the road veers sharply to the left and continues straight. Go straight. You will see signs for Crystal Beach Resort.
Turn right at the stop sign onto Crystal Beach Rd.
Follow this road until it comes to a Y junction. On the right you will see our white farm house and the barn with a tall silo. Keep to the right lane, Pitt's lane. We're at 52 Pitt's lane, the first driveway on your right.
